Context: Creating Value to Rise Above Digital Blight

This is a rough outline of some thinking I have been doing about why businesses fail online. My presentation is a discussion on buidling foundational value in your interactive strategy before you focus on SEO or SEM. Too many people are doing "all the right things" from a SEO/SEM perspective, but they either never get traction or they plataeu and burn out. The discusion online has been focused for too long on relevance and not enough on Value. In my presentation I discuss the idea of creating long term value and then break it down into some actionable processes. I want to flip the script of from foundational SEO to foundational product development. I am refining it a bit for this audience.
